The China Furniture Cross border E-commerce Summit Forum was held in Shenzhen to explore brand cross-border breakthroughs

Recently, the 2025 Shenzhen Home Design Week and the 40th Shenzhen International Furniture Exhibition were held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center, and the China Furniture Cross border E-commerce Summit Forum was held simultaneously. The forum invites Amazon, AliExpress Wayfair、TEMU、 Furniture leaders from globally renowned cross-border e-commerce platforms such as Dajian Cloud Warehouse will jointly explore how to empower Chinese furniture brands to break through cross-border markets. ​
Participants believe that furniture cross-border e-commerce is shifting from extensive expansion to high-quality development, and needs to build core competitiveness around user experience, localized operation, omnichannel integration, and brand resilience. At the forum, the Shenzhen Furniture Industry Association and the cross-border payment platform Pai'anying jointly released the "2025 White Paper on the Trends of the Furniture and Home Furnishing Industry in the US Consumer Market", providing development guidance for Chinese furniture enterprises to go global. The white paper proposes that upgrading spatial efficiency, the rise of sustainable consumption, and the innovation of scenario based experiences are the three major directions of the market trend. Enterprises need to grasp the omnichannel ecosystem and formulate precise strategies with "people, goods, and venues" as the core. Shenzhen, as the forefront of China's furniture exports, will account for about 40% of the country's furniture exports in 2024. Hou Kepeng, Chairman of the Shenzhen Furniture Industry Association, called on cross-border e-commerce platforms, service providers, and the government to collaborate to help traditional distributors transform, promote further breakthroughs in industry scale and quality, and encourage practitioners to seize opportunities to enter the market.
